Our client who are a progressive and highly successful provider of paper-based Packaging solutions are looking to add to their field sales team. This is a field sales position and the region you will be covering is the Midlands, please apply for specific region.
You will responsible for visiting existing clients, ensuring day to day customer expectations and requirements are met, generating call reports, monthly forecasting and working closely with the Directors, Internal Sales and the Design Department. You will be required to maximise existing and new business opportunities by providing customers with advice and innovative packaging solutions to their needs. Selling corrugated packaging solutions you will be the key contact for developing an existing portfolio of accounts whilst securing and retaining new business in the geographical area outlined selling to key known users. You will report to the Managing Director and be provided with a strong internal support structure in order for you to succeed in the role.
Skills & Experience
You must have experience of selling the corrugated packaging products and be able to demonstrate previous success in account development and retention; plus a flair for identifying approaching and winning new business at profit levels acceptable to the business. You are "packaging solution" provider and build strong, long term relationships with people at all levels with ease. You are honest, hardworking, positive, tenacious, enthusiastic, motivated and keen to succeed in this role. We are keen to speak with candidates who have a strong knowledge of Corrugated Packaging having worked for either a manufacturer or Packaging Distribution business, in particular with experience of working with and securing accounts to the value of roughly £25k-£35kpa annual spends
