Cloud 9 are working exclusively on behalf a leading Packaging Group who are looking to appoint an Area Sales Representative to cover the Midlands region.  This is a regional field sales position.

This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates who have some field sales experience or for those who are well established in within a Packaging sales position.

Most important is that you are keen to develop your career further and have the confidence and passion to perform at a high level within your new position, driving sales forward in the region and developing existing business to its full potential.

 

Responsibilities

Building a pipeline of suitable new business opportunities.

Managing a small portfolio of accounts.

Working closely with Internal Sales and other departments.

Arranging quotes and samples to be completed and presented to customers.

Ensuring existing and new business is developed to its full potential.

Managing your diary to ensure effective time management.

Being aware or competitor and market analysis, reporting back to Sales Director

Meeting and exceeding Sales Targets.

Gain a solid understanding of our client's services, procedures and product knowledge

 

Skills and Experience

You must be proactive and have business development experience within a field sales environment, within the Packaging arena.

Organised.

Ability to communicate with people at all levels.

Strong closing skills.

Highly motivated with a positive "can do" attitude.

Ability to create and execute sales targets, objectives and goals.

Technical sales solution provider with the ability to think creatively.

Self-motivated, enthusiastic, team player, personable, hunger to succeed.

 

Remuneration

You will receive a high basic salary in line with your experience (Negotiable, Competitive), company car, bonus structure, mobile, laptop etc.  Please apply or enquire for salary level.
