Our client is a leading manufacturer of industrial packaging products and they are looking to appoint a new Business Development Manager to manage a small portfolio of accounts and develop new business opportunities in the East Anglian region.
Territory & Further Information
Our client services a range of industries and customers within the following geographical location.
The territory will be East Anglia from Grantham/Boston in the North, the M1 in the west, North/East London in the South and over to the East coast.
This position combines territory planning, current customer base and new business development. The focus will be on bringing in new business and our client would expect 80% of time would be spent doing this.
Ideally the candidate would live in the Peterborough/Cambridge/Huntingdon area of the country, however applications are invited for those who can demonstrate the above experience and knowledge who are based within the territory.
Previous experience selling packaging to industrial customers would be an advantage.
Preferably clean driving license or less than 6 points.
Salary – £30-40k (depending on experience)
Company car (choice up to a value)
Bonus/Commission (Unlimited based on new business and business growth)
