Our client is a market leader supplying industrial packaging solutions and they are looking appoint a Business Development Manager for the Manchester region.
This is a field-based position and you will be responsible for managing a well-established portfolio of clients and developing new business in the Greater Manchester region. A strong emphasis for this position is embedding yourself within the business of their clients, understanding their needs in order to identify and solve any issues in a professional and speedy manner.
You will be responsible for implementing a robust retention and development plan for the existing customer base, and a hands-on approach to identifying, approaching and winning new customers. Being the key point of contact for customers; you will be providing both pre and after sales advice, liaising on a regular basis with colleagues in production, design, purchasing and quality to ensure a high level of service is delivered.
Skills and Experience
You are a target driven and dynamic person with a can do, hands on attitude, having high energy levels and a strong desire to succeed.
You must have a full driving license.
