Responsibilities
Identify new markets and new business opportunities with key businesses.
Build strong relationships with existing customers, being the supportive lead for these accounts.
Identify, win and manage successful onboarding of new customers.
Work closely with relevant teams to develop and achieve growth strategies.
Be proactive in promoting and marketing company products and services.
Keep appraised of new market trends and competitor activity.
Skills and Experience
At least 2 years’ experience in a field sales role in the packaging industry.
Demonstrative successful new business development, sales and account management record.
Excellent presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
Commercially astute.
Natural flair for negotiating and closing deals.
Excellent communication skills.
Analytical and strategic thinker.
Effective problem solver.
Proactive, self-motivated and results driven.
