We are working with an innovative and ambitious leader within the Packaging sector supporting them in the appointment of an additional Field Sales Executive to manage the South West and South Wales region. You will have a natural desire to partner with your customers in supporting their packaging requirements, building strong relationships with people at all levels.
Grow and defend our clients market position with face to face meetings with larger customers unlocking further growth and potential
Act as an ambassador for our client’s brand.
Tailored support for our client’s customers ensuring you identify and offer solutions for their packaging needs, reducing costs and improving output.
Work closely with the team sharing best practice in an open, honest and respectful way. Providing constructive feedback.
Forging strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure customer expectations are met and managed professionally.
Skills & Experience
You must have recent experience in a field sales role having worked for a Packaging business and be based in either the South West of the UK or South Wales. You have a strong track record in managing and increasing sales with existing customers and the ability to cross sell where possible. With strong closing skills you have a positive outlook to sales and are keen to develop yourself further within your role.
