Field Sales Executive

The Role

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of securing new business, with a focus on accounts generating approximately £250k annually. Your mission will be to identify, approach, and win new clients, while also nurturing these relationships to maximise their potential.  This role is ideal for individuals currently in internal sales positions who are eager to take the next step in their careers, or for those with experience in selling packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and secure new business opportunities within the Midlands area.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Achieve sales targets of approximately £250k per annum.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Skills and Experience

Proven experience in sales, preferably within the packaging industry.

Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
A proactive and results-driven mindset.
Full UK driving licence.

Remuneration
