Cloud 9 are excited to be working with one of the UK's leading companies in the packaging industry who are looking to appoint an Head of Internal Account Management to join and support their highly successful and progressive internal sales team.

The Role
To oversee day-to-day activities of the Internal Account Managers with a view to customer service excellence and hitting existing customer sales targets. 
Reduce non-conformances within the internal sales team
Introduce new systems where applicable and IT use
Support and provide product/service/IT/system training where necessary
Monitor KPI's and introduce further goals 
Introduce efficient methods of communication to other dept's
Communicate and coordinate with other depts as to any challenges within sales
As Team Leader you will also be tasked with other duties such as provided by the Internal Account Managers, such as:

Manage existing accounts, developing and increasing customer turnover by the introduction of new product lines
To enter all orders from allocated customers and resolve any queries relating to the orders
To chase customer quotations and ask for the order in conjunction with Business Development Manager
To provide back-up support in preparing quotations for new potentials for Business Development Manager
To increase customer profitability by the increase of prices and the introduction of higher Gross Profit add-on products in conjunction with External Account Manager and Business Development Manager
To maintain existing telemarketing schedule
To provide support in administrative tasks to External Account Manager and Business Development Manager wherever necessary

Skills & Experience 
Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, CRM.
Able to work to tight deadlines.
Good teamwork ethic and ability to achieve win / win solutions.
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position or ready to make the next step up in your career.
Able to communicate with all dept personnel particularly management where necessary.
A good knowledge of packaging industry and products suppliers is advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.
