An exciting and rewarding career opportunity has landed here at Cloud 9 for an Internal Account Manager to join one of the UK’s largest distribution companies in the packaging industry. Based in the South you will be part of the Commercial Department managing an existing customer portfolio and seeing them through each stage from quotation into full supply. We are looking for someone who is dynamic, enthusiastic with a desire to improve supplier and customer experiences. As Internal Account Manager you will manage an allocated customer base within the Commercial Department, providing quotes, processing orders and managing stock. You will take ownership of new enquiries and seeing them through to full supply stage as well as handling any non-compliances as and when they arrive.
You will have excellent English and Maths.
You will be an outgoing and positive person with a can-do attitude.
You will have excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
You will have good time management, be able to prioritise and have good organisational skills.
You are ambitious and looking to further your career with your role.
You are committed to providing first class supplier and customer service with ability to recognise room for improvement.
You are experienced in using Microsoft Office and Excel.
You can work on your own initiative but also as a team and willing to go the extra mile.
You will receive a salary of between £24K-£28K DOE together with a generous bonus scheme and other excellent benefits.
