Cloud 9 have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Account Manager to join an innovative packaging solutions group. This is a homebased position where you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing accounts and sourcing new opportunities nationwide that will increase company profit growth. You will already have a proven successful career in a sales environment and strong relationship building skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop an existing portfolio of accounts to ensure repeat business and achieve financial targets.
Prospect, target and win new profitable business opportunities.
Maintain a high level of customer service, meeting the demands and requirements of customers and continuously striving to improve a high level of customer service.
Regularly attend customers, provide quotes and deal with any issues or enquiries, following these up in an efficient manner.
Monitor and produce monthly activity and performance reports.
Provide reports as to the development and growth of new and existing sales activities when required.
Comply with company health and safety regulations and policies, attending any training as and when required.
The Person
At least 2 years’ experience working in the packaging industry and packaging solutions, in a sales or customer service role.
Demonstrable successful sales history.
Proven track record of successfully winning new business.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills,
Commercially astute.
Leadership skills; ability to provide support, motivation and training to relevant colleagues.
Excellent communication skills; ability to converse at any level.
Confident in building relationships.
Customer focused.
Excellent problem-solver with ability to focus on finding and developing new opportunities.
Team player with ability to work on own initiative.
Target driven and ambitious.
Computer literate.
Full clean driving licence.
Remuneration
You will receive a salary of up to £50k DOE plus company car.
