Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow an existing portfolio of key national accounts.
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Provide first class customer service.
Work closely with internal colleagues and lead the development of customer forecasts, pricing proposals, and account strategies.
Build strong, multi-level relationships within merchant/trade customer organisations.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
Produce regular performance analysis.
Be the point of contact for strategic accounts, aligning the wider business strategy.
Skills and Experience
Demonstrable successful national account management experience, within the corrugated industry.
Experience dealing with large merchant/trade customers with complex, multi-contact structures, would be preferred.
Ability to demonstrate successful record of delivering growth through strategic planning and execution.
Commercially astute.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Strong computer skills; PowerPoint, Excel etc.
Analytical.
Excellent communication skills on all levels.
Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize heavy workload.
Self-motivated and results driven.
