Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

Ensure a high level of productivity through developing operational strategies.
Lead and encourage your team in achieving high performance, continuous improvements, and operational goals.
Develop a motivated working environment in which to encourage, challenge and support employees.
Lead daily strategic operational plans and challenges.
Ensure company Health & Safety Regulations are adhered to and complied with.
Ensure company targets and goals are achieved by driving the operations strategy together with senior management.
Responsibility for 50 Direct Reports.

Experience and Skillset

Experience within a corrugated manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of ABACA and SPOCS, or other relevant industry software.
IOSH.
BRC accreditation and LQM knowledge.
Ability to demonstrate a work history in a strategic management role.
A strategic thinker with ability to plan and prioritize under pressure.
Confident in decision making.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Self-motivated and results driven with a strong sense of urgency.
A team player who can also work on own initiative.
Ability to think on your feet.

Remuneration

You will receive a salary of between £60k and £65k DOE plus an attractive package of company benefits and incentives.  A relocation package will be available for the right candidate. Apply within for more details!
