Our client is a well-established provider of Corrugated packaging solutions, due to recent growth and investment they are looking to recruit a new Regional Account Manager to cover the East Midlands region; managing a small portfolio of accounts with a strategic approach and focus on business development.
You will be responsible managing a small existing portfolio of accounts though your main focus will be to identify, approach and win new business opportunities across a broad range of industry sectors, building on the existing account base and developing this to full potential. You will be supported by an experienced internal sales and design team and will report to the Sales Manager.
Our client is keen to appoint a candidate for this position who has a solid background and experience within a business development role having worked for either a sheet plant or integrated site.
We are keen to speak with those who have experience selling corrugated packaging solutions in a field sales role and are able to show success in new business development. You are meticulous, tenacious, enthusiastic, and self-motivated; you possess excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, build relationships naturally and quickly with people at all levels. You can show stability over your career to date and are looking to join a company long term to continue your success in this type of role.
You will receive a high basic salary (in excess of £40k) in line with your previous experience and capabilities; along with a bonus incentive, company car, pension scheme, mobile, laptop and 25 days annual holiday.
