The Role/Responsibilities
You will play an integral part in the development and execution of business plans for our client's sites, liaising and collaborating with director and colleagues at senior level while maintaining effective management of the site.  You will be the driving force in identifying and creating new business opportunities and general decision making. Responsible for P&L control you will utilise your Sales Leadership and Management skills to meet with Sales and Commercial goals.

Skills/Qualities
You will have:

• Excellent packaging experience and knowledge of the industry
• A passion for sales and for providing a first-class service
• Sales team and management experience
• A talent for coaching and mentoring your team
• Experience in effective and successful site management and business to business sales 
• You will be energised and motivated to maintain outstanding customer service
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

Remuneration
