The Role
This is a full cycle sales role where you will manage and develop a portfolio of existing accounts while still hitting new business targets of circa £200k per annum extending the customer base.
Key Responsibilities
Maximise sales by creating and fulfilling allocated territory business plans.
Manage and develop existing accounts with a (circa) £2m annual spend, maximising repeat business.
Identify, source and generate new business into the company.
Develop a strong knowledge of company products and services.
Using a consultative approach, bring fresh innovative solutions to meet customer requirements.
Develop and nurture positive relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Maintain administration by recording all enquiries and leads using CRM system.
Required Skills and Experience
Previous sales experience in the packaging industry.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Account management experience.
A consultative approach.
Excellent negotiating and closing skills.
Excellent time management.
Excellent communication skills on all levels.
Confident in building strong, positive relationships.
Enthusiastic and target-driven.
Remuneration
You will receive a salary of up to £38k dependant on experience, OTE/bonus, car or car allowance, plus a catalogue of employee benefits and incentives!
