Our client, one of the largest manufacturers and distributors of Packaging solutions are looking to appoint a Senior Sales Manager to support their growth plans within the UK.
To drive new business sales forward as part of our clients Growth plans, by researching and sourcing potential business opportunities and contacts.
External support for the Sales Team engaging with existing customers.
To support and lead on new business tenders and proposals.
Monitoring sales data and account performance of the sales team.
Supporting internal sales team and reps.
Identifying and analysing market trends including new market sectors.
Follow all internal business processes.
Managing ongoing business accounts whilst building on the current relationships.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Clear understanding of Sales processes and new business development skills.
Accustomed and understands long sales processes.
Experience in Managing a Sales team.
High level of verbal and written communication skills.
Strong in client connection and client services.
Experience of working within a packaging distribution business.
Open and honest, team spirited
Supporting Leadership management style
Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
Able to work under pressure.
