Our client are a well established provider of packaging solutions and they are looking to recruit a new Regional Account Manager to cover the Midlands region; managing a small portfolio of accounts with a strategic approach to business development.
You will be responsible managing an existing portfolio of accounts and also to identify, approach and win new business opportunities across a broad range of industry sectors, building on the existing account base and developing this to full potential. You will be supported by an experienced internal sales and design team and will report to the Sales Manager.
We are keen to speak with those who have experience selling corrugated packaging solutions in a field sales role and are able to show success in both Account Management and new business development having worked for a corrugated packaging manufacturer or an industrial packaging distribution business who also supply corrugated packaging. You are meticulous, tenacious, enthusiastic and self motivated; you possess excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, build relationships naturally and quickly with people at al levels. You can show stability over your career to date and are looking to join a company long term to continue your success in this type of role.
You will receive a high basic salary in line with your previous experience and capabilities; along with a bonus incentive, company car, pension scheme, mobile, laptop and 25 days annual holiday.
