The Role
Your primary focus will be on nurturing an existing portfolio. A proportion of the role will be new client acquisition adding to your existing portfolio. The ability to seamlessly switch between these tasks will be your cornerstone for success. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales plan within agreed targets and areas, prospecting both in person and through various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Key Account Management: Successfully maintaining existing relationships across the designated territory.
Client Acquisition: Proactively prospect and develop new clients while nurturing and expanding existing accounts.
Multi-Channel Prospecting: Engage potential clients through in-person meetings, email, telephone, and social media platforms.
Team Collaboration: Work cohesively within the business to achieve collective targets.
Customer Service Excellence: Deliver best-in-class administration and customer service.
Lead Management: Follow up on all leads, generate useful enquiries, and ensure all quotations are pursued.
Skills and Experience
At least 2 years of field sales experience, including new lead generation and client growth.
Experience working in the packaging industry with good product knowledge desirable.
Commercially astute.
Excellent communication skills on all levels
Excellent presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
Enthusiastic and positive in nature.
Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
Clean and valid UK driving licence.

Remuneration
