Based in Yorkshire you will be responsible for supporting customers, managing their requirements, stock and orders. Key Responsibilities

Ensure the best customer service by collaborating with the Customer Business team and Area Sales Manager.
Support and represent customers internally.
Manage customer requirements, stock, and orders.
Actively share market data.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Regularly visit customers and keep them updated with market and product information.
Eventually take sole responsibility for your own accounts.

Skills and Experience

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Strong customer service skills.
Technical understanding of products is advantageous but not essential.
