Cloud 9 is seeking a dedicated Quality Manager for a prestigious packaging solutions organisation in the pharmaceuticals industry, located in the Humberside region. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and sustain the company’s QMS.
Oversee management review activities, ensuring timely closure of action items.
Identify and manage the quality budget, reducing risks and possible costs.
Provide effective communication of product quality issues to alleviate risks.
Lead corrective and preventive action programs.

Liaise with customers and suppliers.

Develop and maintain internal audit programs and support third-party audits.
Promote quality awareness and continuous improvement initiatives across all departments.

Promote a quality first culture.

Lead training programs for all relevant colleagues.

Any other duties as may be required.

Adhere to all company’s environmental, health & safety policies and regulations.

Report any incidents or incidents.

Required Skills and Experience:

Degree in Engineering or Science discipline, or equivalent.
At least 10 years’ experience in a Quality technical role.

Experience in a leadership position of at least 3 years.
Proficiency in Quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, and Six-Sigma.

Six-Sigma training would be advantageous.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Remuneration
You will receive a salary of up to £65k DOE, annual bonus, plus an array of company schemes.
