Cloud 9 is looking for a Customer Service Manager based in West Yorkshire to lead the internal sales, planning/stock control teams.  You will play a pivotal role ensuring smooth daily operations and improving customer service, supply chain, and growth. Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the Internal Sales (new product development) Team and Stock Control/ Demand Planning Team.
Manage and improve customer service operations.
Improve pallet use and trailer optimisation.
Monitor stock levels and follow stock and supply agreements.
Support and improve just-in-time practices in planning and supply chain.
Meet key business KPIs.
Ensure smooth and efficient enquiry processes with the collaboration with departments.
Deliver ongoing support and training to the team.
Boost customer service, efficacy and accuracy by identifying and applying process improvements.
Ensure clear and consistent documentation of systems and processes.

Key Skills & Experience
Demonstrable management experience in customer service, supply chain or internal sales. Experience working in packaging, manufacturing or logistics preferred.
Working knowledge of supply chain planning, stock management and logistics efficiency.
Highly organised, able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
Strategic thinker with good daily operations management skills.
Skilled in customer agreement enforcement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and business systems.
Motivated, ability to work calmly under pressure.

Results driven.
Focused on improving processes, efficiency and service.
Strong delegation and planning skills.
Meticulous with ability to anticipate customer needs and issues.

Remuneration

You will receive a high basic salary up to £60k (DOE) plus other incentives, please apply for details of the full remuneration package.
