Internal Sales Coordinator

Cloud 9 have just had this exciting opportunity come in from one of the well-known giants in the packaging industry who are looking to appoint an Internal Sales Coordinator based in the Midlands! You will play a crucial role in being fully responsible for ensuring all sales administration, enquiries and customer service are carried out efficiently.  We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate a successful track record of internal sales in a fast-paced environment.  For more information, please see below:

Key Responsibilities

Be the main point of contact for customer accounts, processing orders, quotations and providing accurate and efficient sales administration.

Provide an outstanding level of customer service dealing with customer queries by providing advice and problem-solving.

Be proactive in identifying new opportunities within existing accounts with a view to cross-selling and up-selling a large range of company products.

Make outboard sales calls to follow up leads and opportunities.

Answer calls ensuring all sales related telephone enquiries are dealt with efficiently.

Develop and nurture customer relationships driving sales growth and new opportunities.

Be proactive in identifying and targeting new customers.

Work closely with external sales team providing support and assistance.

Work closely with relevant internal departments.

Keep CRM system accurately updated and maintained.

Skills and Experience

Demonstrative experience as an internal sales professional within a fast-paced environment. (preferably within the packaging industry)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Commercially astute.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Professional and friendly telephone manner.

Exceptional administrative skills.

An organised multitasker.

Target-driven with enthusiasm to learn.

Remuneration

You will receive a salary of between £23k and £26k DOE plus bonus, benefits and incentive schemes.
