Key Responsibilities
Develop leads for new business through personal initiative and other sources.
Identify and evaluate prospects, securing sales growth by understanding and meeting their needs and requirements.
Take accountability for delivering solutions through a controlled sales process, maintaining technical integrity.
Conduct presentations establishing strong relationships with prospects.
Promote and sell products and services, recommending tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure seamless implementation of new business.
Conduct after-sales calls ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Provide support and guidance to maintain strong customer relationships.
Strive to increase profit and service improvements through recommending new opportunities to customers.
Process and provide sales activity, analysis and performance reports.
Maintain company standards of presentation and quality.
Keep appraised of current trends, competitor and market activities, identifying new products and improvements wherever possible.
Uphold quality service by enforcing company brand values.
Skills and Experience
At least 5 years proven sales experience within the packaging industry.
Results-driven.
Positive demeanour.
Desire to provide first class customer service.
Creative and innovative thinker.
Ability to work autonomously.
Proficient in computer systems; particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM systems, web-hosted sales software, and business social media.
Excellent administration, reporting and organisation skills.
Car driver with valid driving licence.
Willingness to travel throughout the Southern region.
Remuneration
You will receive a salary of £35k+ DOE, attractive bonus and company car.
