Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities across the South East, using a variety of sales methods including territory visits, cold calling, and email promotions.
Manage a portfolio of existing accounts.
Develop and implement proactive sales strategies to meet and exceed targets, while adapting to changing customer demands.
Conduct presentations of products and services and communicate all opportunities to account management.
Promote opportunities in different areas of business as per changes in customer demands.
Provide regular feedback on market trends and sales trends to leadership, ensuring targets are achieved.
Contribute to strategic decision-making.
Understand customer needs, negotiate mutually beneficial terms, and maintain professionalism to positively represent the company.
Work closely with internal Account Managers to ensure accurate briefing and seamless project execution.
Prepare and update financial reports and forecasts.
Ensure professionalism at all times to best promote a positive company image.
Skills and Experience
At least 1 years’ experience as an independent sales representative, business sales manager or account manager, desirable.
At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role is advantageous.
You have a genuine drive for new business and a proactive approach to sales.
Strong time management and the ability to remain flexible and adaptable.
Strong problem-solving skills and objection resolution abilities.
Competence in using CRM software and other business systems.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own initiatives.
Must have full clean UK Driving Licence.
Remuneration
You will receive a salary of up to £50k DOE.
