Cloud 9 is seeking a dedicated Customer Services Manager based in the West Midlands to join a thriving food packaging organisation. This role offers an exceptional chance to make a significant impact within a highly successful company, ensuring first-class customer service is consistently delivered.

Key Responsibilities

Support and limited amount of managing a small team, reporting and liaising with Commercial Director and managers within the organisation.

Oversee overheads, maintenance requirements, and office administration including sample requests, management of stock levels and office supplies.

Support sales and supply chain management by managing key customer requirements through email and phone communication.

Handle IML and finished goods stock management, and direct delivery customer support.

Manage customer requirements, process orders, handle artwork, produce quotations, and resolve issues.

Participate in performance reviews, surveys, and feedback opportunities.

Aid in the development of colleagues, maintaining high personal technical and professional standards.

Maintain professional standards and excellent communication with customers and team members.

Adhere to company policies and procedures, particularly regarding Health and Safety.

Skills and Experience

Demonstrable experience in a customer service position in the packaging or FMCG industry.

Proficient in Word and Excel.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent numeracy skills.

Ability to work calmly and to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent time management.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent understanding of customer service protocols and practices.

Excellent organisational skills.

Excellent problem-solving and resolution skills.
