Key Responsibilities:

Adhere to safe working practices and ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures and policies.
Rapidly address electrical and mechanical breakdowns to minimise downtime and ensure machinery is process-capable.
Collaborate with operators to maintain equipment within specification and complete necessary documentation.
Perform ancillary activities such as welding, grinding, cutting and wiring to build or repair machinery and facilities.
Conduct preventative maintenance and legislative compliance checks, keeping accurate records.
Requisition necessary supplies and work with Production Operators to enhance processes.
Undertake additional projects as and when assigned.

Skills and Experience Required:
Electronically biased preferred, however multi-skilled engineers will be considered.
Proficiency in pneumatics and PLCs.
Extensive experience in equipment maintenance, including facilities.
Strong troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing setting.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
In-depth knowledge of process support equipment.
Robust IT skills.

Remuneration

You will receive a salary package of up to £49k (DOE).
