Key Responsibilities

Accurate Design: Create precise drawings tailored to customer specifications.
Sample Production: Develop high-quality samples and mock-ups for customers and the sales team, ensuring they are suitable for manufacturing.
Project Management: Prepare detailed project proposals and presentations.
Cost-Effective Solutions: Implement strategies to maximise sales growth while maintaining cost-efficiency.
Customer Service: Maintain exceptional levels of customer service.
Adherence to Policies: Follow all company policies and regulations.
Additional Tasks: Undertake other responsibilities as required by management.

Skills and Experience

Proficient in CAD software, specifically within the corrugated packaging industry.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Suite and Adobe Illustrator.
Excellent management and presentation abilities.
Naturally creative with a meticulous eye for detail.
Demonstrated enthusiasm for innovative packaging solutions.
Exceptional planning, organisation, and administration capabilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Capable of working collaboratively and independently.
Self-driven with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.

Remuneration

You will receive a salary of up to £45k DOE, plus company benefits and incentives.
