Key Responsibilities
Managing and Developing Key Accounts: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their requirements are not only met but surpassed.
Turning Leads into Business: Work in conjunction with telesales to turn leads into prosperous business opportunities.
Providing Technical Solutions: Utilize your technical knowledge to deliver the most effective packaging solutions to customers.
Advising on Sustainability: Guide clients on sustainable packaging options to help them achieve their environmental and waste reduction goals.
On-Site Support: Assist customers at their premises by providing solutions to their issues.
Driving Sales Growth: Meet and surpass sales targets.
Skills and Experience
Previous sales experience in the packaging industry.
Experience within the plastic and stretch film sectors would be advantageous.
Demonstrable B2B sales experience.
Strong understanding of packaging solutions and processes.
Strong account management skills.
Successful new business development record.
Technically and commercially astute.
Consultative approach.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication and relationship building skills at all levels.
Highly motivated and results driven.
Ability to work both independently and as a team player.
Remuneration
