Technical Services Executive

Cloud 9 are working with one of the largest food packaging organisations who looking for a Technical Services Executive based in the Yorkshire region.  This is a varied role where you will be responsible for delivering a first-class customer service whilst working with directly with suppliers, managing projects! The Role

In this highly specialized technical role, you will work closely with global suppliers, ensuring that every customer receives high-quality products tailored to their specific needs. Your responsibilities will include managing intricate projects from reviewing artwork and proofs to overseeing press approvals, ensuring all specifications are met flawlessly for their customers. You will work directly with suppliers; travel can be expected. Precision, accuracy, and a keen eye for detail are crucial in maintaining high standards and delivering exceptional results.

Skills and Experience

You will have experience in a customer service role and may also have some exposure to working with suppliers/buying within the packaging industry, project management experience and have a creative or technical inclination.  Full training is provided for you to develop and excel in your new role.

Remuneration

You will receive a salary of £34k OTE together with pension scheme, and attractive bonus schemes.
